LD1084/5/6 SERIES for POST REGULATION in SMPS
The LD1084/5/6 series is a medium / high current post voltage regulator able to provide up to 5A of output. Dropout is guaranteed at a maximum of 1.5V at the maximum output current, decreasing at lower loads.
The series is pin-compatible with older 3-terminal adjustable regulators.
 Typical dropout 1.3V at full load
Three terminal adjustable or fixed output voltages:
1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 5V, 8V, 9V, 12V
Output current up to 1.5A, 3A and 5A
Output tolerance ± at 25°C and ± 1% in full temperature range
Internal power and thermal limit
Wide operating temperature range -40°C to 125°C
Pinout compatibility with standard adjustable voltage regulators
